Orders

When you place an order at getfootstr.com, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your order, including product information, pricing, and your billing and shipping address.

If you notice any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@getfootstr.com.


Shipping & Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 4–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to carrier issues, which are outside of our control.

If your delivery is significantly delayed and you haven’t received any updates from us, please reach out.

Customs & VAT (International Orders):
For international orders, additional customs duties or VAT may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency of the country you’re shopping from. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, currency fluctuations, or typographical errors.


Right of Withdrawal / Satisfaction Guarantee

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • You must email us at info@getfootstr.com and receive confirmation before returning the product.

  • Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

  • The return shipping cost is 199 SEK, covered by the customer.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

Conditions for Valid Returns:

  • Notify us via email with your name, order number, and the product you wish to return.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

  • You are responsible for return shipping, and for ensuring the product is packaged securely.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any diminished value due to use or damage.


Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Unsealed products intended for hygiene or health reasons

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Fully performed services you have agreed to start immediately

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food)

  • Single issues of magazines or newspapers


Complaints & Damaged Goods

All products are quality checked before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

How to file a complaint:

Send an email to info@getfootstr.com including:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

If your complaint is approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Return shipping for accepted complaints is covered by us.

We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) – https://www.arn.se


Limitation of Liability

Footstr™ is not liable for indirect damages caused by the product.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances outside of our control (force majeure), including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, war, or government decisions.

We are also not responsible for product modifications made by suppliers or discrepancies in appearance due to screen/display variations.


Product Information

We strive to display product information and images as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product colors or shapes will appear exactly the same on all devices.

We reserve the right for typographical errors, stock changes, and discontinued products.
